An hour on your business, a report the next day.
One hour, free, with no obligation to continue. We listen to how the work moves, look at your tools and your data, and say plainly where AI would help, where it would harm and where it is beside the point.
Opens Calendly. A short form, two minutes.
Four steps, two of them yours.
Book
A short form: company, size, your role, industry, the tools you use, and the one problem you would solve first.
The call
On video. Recorded only with your consent, so we can listen instead of taking notes.
The report
Drafted with the help of an AI tool, then read, corrected and completed by us.
Your decision
Follow the paths on your own, or with us. The report is yours either way.
Sixty minutes, spent on your business.
Context
0 to 10 minThe business, the people, and why now.
How the work moves
10 to 30 minThe tools, where the data lives, where the hours go.
Your industry
30 to 45 minWhat organisations like yours do with AI, from public examples.
Where to start
45 to 60 minYour readiness score and the places worth starting, or continuing.
Six dimensions, the same for every organisation.
Data
Where it lives, how clean it is, who owns it.
Tools
What you use, and whether the tools talk to each other.
People
Skills, appetite, and who is already experimenting.
Processes
How much of the work is written down and repeatable.
Leadership
A clear intent, with time and budget behind it.
Governance
Policy, privacy and risk, in plain language.
Foundations first
0 to 10 pointsData and processes before any AI.
A first step
11 to 17 pointsOne small, well-chosen use.
Ready to build
18 to 24 pointsSeveral workflows can move now.
Ready to scale
25 to 30 pointsGovernance and training come next.
- Your score on six dimensions, with the reasons behind each number
- What we heard, in your words
- Three to five opportunities, weighed by value and effort
- Two or three paths you could start on next week
- Public examples from your industry, with sources
- A plain answer where AI is beside the point
- A rough list of the tools and software you use
- The one task that eats the most hours each week
- Anything you have already tried with AI, and how it went
Yes. The hour and the report cost nothing, and nothing is owed afterwards. If working together makes sense, we say how on the call and put it in writing with the report.
Only if you agree. The recording and an AI tool help us write your report, and the recording is deleted once the report is sent. Without consent, we take notes by hand.
Organisations under 500 people, from a single restaurant or clinic to a few hundred people across departments. The person who decides should be on the call.
Then the report says so, and tells you what to put in place first. Sometimes the honest answer is “not now”.
