How we handle what you write.
One page, in plain language. Last updated September 2026.
What the letter form does
When you send a letter through this site, the form emails your name, your email address, your message and the two answers you picked to stefan@tiliaris.io. That email is the only copy. Nothing is written to a database, and nothing is added to a mailing list.
Booking a call
The free call is booked through Calendly, which runs the booking page under its own privacy policy. We see what you enter there: your name, email, company, its size, your role, your industry, the tools you use, the problem you would solve first, and whether we may record the call. We use it to prepare for the call and to write your report.
Recording the call
Only if you agree, in the booking form and again at the start of the call. The call is recorded and transcribed, and the transcript is analysed with an AI tool to draft your report. A person at Tiliaris reads, corrects and completes the draft before it reaches you. Without consent, we take notes by hand.
The booking service, the recording service and the AI provider act as processors under data processing agreements.
Who reads it
Letters are read by a person at Tiliaris, and nobody else. Call details also pass through the processors named above, and a person at Tiliaris reads and corrects every report. No automated system decides what happens to you.
How long it is kept
Letters: for as long as the conversation they started, and at most two years after the last exchange. Call recordings: until the report is sent. Transcripts and reports: 12 months, unless we go on to work together. If you would like it deleted sooner, write to stefan@tiliaris.io and say so. It will be gone within ten working days, and you will get a note confirming it.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies. If visits are counted at all, they are counted with a cookieless, self-hosted tool that keeps no personal data, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Letters are delivered through a transactional email service. It keeps delivery logs for a short time, as such services do, and no more.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP) if you think something is wrong. Writing to stefan@tiliaris.io is the fastest way to do the first three.
Who we are
