How we handle what you write.
Plain language, no legal theatre. This page says what happens to the little data the site touches, and what does not happen.
The letter form
What you type into the form (your name, email, the size of your organisation, how you would like to be reached, and your message) is sent to us as an email through Resend, an email service, and read by a person. Nothing is stored on the website itself, nothing is added to a list, and no one else receives it.
We reply within two working days and keep the exchange for as long as it is useful to both of us. Ask, and we delete the thread.
Booking a call
The free hour is booked through Calendly, by link, so this site sets nothing on your device. Calendly’s own privacy notice applies to what you enter there: your name, email and the answers to the short form. We receive those answers by email and keep them with the notes of the call.
The questions before a call
Before or after you book a call, you can answer a short questionnaire. Your answers and contact details are sent to us as an email through Resend. We use them to show you a video that fits and to prepare a call with you, and if you have not booked we may write to you about them. Your answers are not stored on the website itself. A short note with your company name goes on our internal task list.
We keep the email for twelve months, sooner if you ask.
The call and the recording
Calls are recorded only with your consent, given on the booking form and confirmed at the start of the call. The recording and its transcript help us draft the report, with the help of an AI tool that does not train on your data. Both are deleted twelve months after the call, sooner if you ask.
If you would rather not be recorded, say so. We take notes by hand instead and the report takes a little longer.
The report
The report is yours. We keep a copy for the same twelve months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back, then delete it.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics script. If we ever add a visitor counter it will be cookieless and self-hosted, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Writing to stefan@tiliaris.io works like any email: we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful, and delete it when you ask.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to stefan@tiliaris.io and we do it within a month, usually much faster. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP.
